Kenzie Robertson

Instructor

I am a Comprehensively Certified Classical Pilates teacher, passionate about the power of intentional movement and holistic wellbeing. I love to create safe and healing movement spaces, utilizing the traditional pilates system, where people feel supported yet challenged. I teach with a functional approach; always asking myself what each unique client’s job or lifestyle asks of them and how can I help them to do it with more ease.

Tegan McKenzie

Instructor

I have always had a passion for movement and anatomy, starting in high school when I worked as a Physical Therapy Aide. My journey continued through with professional dance training at the renowned Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater in New York City. After dealing with a dance-related injury, I found healing and a new direction in Pilates. I studied under the wonderful Roberta Kirschenbaum, who has ties to the original Pilates lineage through Carola Trier. I completed my comprehensive certification with Rebecca Franks in Tucson, who also connects back to the roots of Pilates with Ron Fletcher and Joseph Pilates.

With over fifteen years of teaching experience and additional certifications in barre, Tegan brings a warm and thoughtful approach to each session, incorporating techniques like TRX and the GYROTONIC® Method. When she's not teaching, you can find her dancing, diving into her studies, or enjoying precious moments with her family.

Elizabeth Tjia

Instructor

Elizabeth’s journey in movement began with dance at age five, a passion that led her to earn a degree in dance performance from Oral Roberts University and pursue a career in ballet. It was through this path that she discovered Pilates, finding a strong connection in its emphasis on precision, artistry, and the powerful mind-body connection.

Certified through BASI Pilates, she is excited to bring her extensive experience in teaching dance to her Pilates instruction, sharing her passion for movement with the community.

Diane Pham-Le

Instructor

I’m an ex–corporate finance professional turned yoga and Pilates teacher who wholeheartedly believes movement is transformative. I once thought I’d become a big finance trader… and here I am 11 years later sharing mindful, intentional movement instead (plot twist!). After teaching yoga for six years, I wanted to explore more. Having long felt the magic of Pilates and experiencing the natural synergy between yoga and Pilates, I completed my comprehensive training at BASI Pilates headquarters. My goal as a movement facilitator is to empower students through breath-to-movement practices that open the body, develop the mind, and build lasting awareness. I’m still deeply in love with yoga, meditation, breath-work, and sound healing—I can't live without any of it!

Fun fact: I once sang in a quartet called Short People… and I was the tallest one. For reference, I’m 5’1 😛

Jane Yoo

Instructor

I am a Certified Pilates Instructor with a strong passion for pelvic health, posture and restoring balanced movement - especially in cases of asymmetrical shoulder blades an restoring pelvic floor function. I have completed specialized training through the Posture Restore Institute in Pilates, cervical restoration, baseball and FRC, and FR spine.

I guide clients to breathe correctly and connect deeply with their core and stabilizing muscles.

I've played badminton with my husband for 9 years, and I personally understand chronic pain and imbalance. I used to struggle with frozen shoulder, hip impingement, instability in both shoulders and hips, sciatica and the challenge of not being able to "feel"the right muscles. Through consistent and informed training my body has fully transformed and now I am able to help others experience that same transformation.
